Overview
You will build and maintain the internal processes that let a small team produce unusually sharp work. This role is equal parts operational thinking, communication, and execution discipline. The goal is not process for its own sake. It is a cleaner way of working that helps the team spend more time making good work and less time recovering lost context.
The role
The right candidate can see where information breaks down, where decisions stall, and where internal tools should be tightened to support the team better.
You will work across planning, resource coordination, delivery tracking, and process improvement.
This role is especially important because the company is intentionally lean. The workflows have to be strong enough to support ambition without adding bureaucratic drag.
Responsibilities
- Own the operating cadence for active client and internal workstreams.
- Improve briefs, review flows, handoff structure, and status visibility.
- Translate loose workflows into usable operating structure without over-bureaucratizing the work.
- Support leadership with capacity, prioritization, and delivery clarity.
- Help define simple standards for documenting decisions, next steps, and ownership.
- Contribute to tool selection and workflow refinement across internal operations.
Requirements
- Experience in agency, studio, or creative operations environments.
- Strong written communication and process design instincts.
- Ability to create order without becoming rigid.
- Comfort working with both people operations and software tools.
- Ability to earn buy-in from creative and technical contributors at the same time.
- Mature judgment about when to formalize a process and when to leave it lighter.
Why Redstart
- High-visibility role with direct operational impact.
- Opportunity to shape how the company actually runs.
- Meaningful influence over tooling, process, and delivery quality.
- A seat close to strategy and implementation rather than a purely administrative lane.
How to apply
We are looking for operators who can improve the workflow without suffocating it.
If that balance matters to you, include a note about a workflow you materially improved.
Specific examples of better delivery through better systems will help your application.
